Purpose of Job |
Lead and manage the planning, organization, and execution of key national events, such as The Alpha Conference and A Night with Alpha, requiring both travel and on-the-ground management. This role supports the National Director in ensuring consistency in data, follow-up, and communication strategies across all live experiences. It involves training and coaching Events Specialists to implement best practices, while embodying the culture of radical hospitality, active listening, and reliance on the Holy Spirit. |
