PURPOSE OF JOB

  • Support and coordinate Alpha's global campaign towards 2033 global vision

RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO)

Campaign Administration

  • Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and manage event logistics for the Campaign team, the Campaign Leadership Council, and Fund Development Executive team.
  • Prepare documents to track and analyze campaign progress toward fundraising goals

Global Fundraising Coordination

  • Support relationship management of key AUSA donors to Global Vision
  • Work closely with Alpha global teams to support executive engagement in the US with the preparation of bios, briefings and reports
  • Maintain the CRM (Salesforce), accurately input data, manage donor records, and run timely reports

Events & Collateral

  • Facilitate in-person campaign events and key donor gatherings with light event management as needed
  • Oversee and coordinate campaign collateral, ensuring materials are printed, stored and available when needed

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Passion for Alpha’s mission
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to manage multiple projects under deadlines, and confidential donor information
  • Strong writing and verbal skills for correspondence and presentations
  • High emotional intelligence, able to work across multiple teams and cultures
  • Experience with a CRM and ability to use software and AI to create and manage content

EDUCATION

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is desired
