Campaign Administration - Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and manage event logistics for the Campaign team, the Campaign Leadership Council, and Fund Development Executive team.
- Prepare documents to track and analyze campaign progress toward fundraising goals
Global Fundraising Coordination - Support relationship management of key AUSA donors to Global Vision
- Work closely with Alpha global teams to support executive engagement in the US with the preparation of bios, briefings and reports
- Maintain the CRM (Salesforce), accurately input data, manage donor records, and run timely reports
Events & Collateral - Facilitate in-person campaign events and key donor gatherings with light event management as needed
- Oversee and coordinate campaign collateral, ensuring materials are printed, stored and available when needed

- Strong writing and verbal skills for correspondence and presentations

- Experience with a CRM and ability to use software and AI to create and manage content
